This wasn’t just culture – it was cultural fireworks! In 2025, Sanskriti seized the spotlight with an electrifying theme: Artificial Intelligence (AI) – inspiring everyone to think boldly and play smart.

Teams brainstormed AI-centric names that sparked giggles and grit, drawing from AI concepts, fictional collaborators, and sci-fi awesomeness. Cool names like AI-Amigos, Jarvis, and Optimus Prime bubbled up across brainstorms, capturing our shared fascination with the future.

The whole vibe energized us: it wasn’t just a theme – it was a rallying cry for creativity, connection, and collaborative imagination throughout the year.

Remember when we said the year 2025 was special for us? It really was! Two decades ago, we kicked off our journey with vision, mettle, and the bold belief that global collaboration could rewrite how great software gets built. Fast forward to 2025 – we weren’t just celebrating 20 years of operations… we were celebrating 20 years of brains, bravery, and Bridgy brilliance powering global innovation, cultural bonds, and a community that always lifts together.

Every milestone we’ve reached, from our early coding days to today’s AI-driven breakthroughs, has been fueled by the passion and heartbeat of our people.

Before the inspiring words began, we kicked things off with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony that set the celebration in motion. We were honored with heartfelt speeches and powerful reflections from the people who built our story brick by brick – Founder Hugo Messer, Marion Messer, our visionary CEO Krishna Jothis, dynamic CMO Divya Skaria, steady-handed Operations Manager Anoop M, sharp-minded Finance Manager Babitha Shameer, and even one of our trusted clients, Jeroen van Duffelen, who reminded us why partnerships are at the core of everything we achieve.

And because celebrations aren’t complete without music, Marion Messer took the mic and sang her heart out, setting the tone for a night filled with melody and magic. Bridgys followed with soulful songs and electrifying dance performances that had the entire crowd cheering louder than a sprint-day deployment.

IT Futsal 2025: Season 9

Futsal fever hit us harder than a last-minute goal! On February 1 and 2, 45 teams stormed the court with skill, spirit, and plenty of sweat-wiping theatrics. In the men’s division, HTIC strode to victory, clutching the winner’s title and runner-up spot back-to-back, with Key Value sprinting in as second runner-up.

On the women’s side, Tata Elxi demonstrated unstoppable skill and heart, clinching first place, while EY and Data Float showcased grit and grace in second and third. Beyond trophies and cheers, this season reminded us why we love competition – because giving your all feels incredible, whether you score or cheer.

Great work becomes greater when we strengthen the bonds behind it. From strategy talks to spontaneous laughter, this year we opened our doors wide for our partners and clients:

• We had the pleasure of hosting Thierry Sanders, whose visit sparked brilliant conversations and left us buzzing with fresh ideas and energy. It reminded us that great partnerships are born from curiosity, respect, and heartfelt dialogue.

• Later, we welcomed Addon Ventures and their startup Axana for an unforgettable workcation of collaboration, culture sharing, and real connection. These moments of face-to-face exchange reinforced what we already knew: strong partnerships are foundational to breakthrough success.

• Cleffex Co-Founder Jyothis Mathew visited, and our welcome turned into a surprise birthday celebration – because joy deserves great timing! We then celebrated teamwork with a hearty Cleffex team lunch. Later, the team even took bonding to the houseboats of Alappuzha – where collaboration flowed smoother than the backwaters.

Healthy Eyes, Happy Minds: Eye Checkup Camp

We kicked off the year by focusing on what helps us see the bright side – literally! In collaboration with Chaithanya Eye Institute, we hosted an Eye Checkup Camp so Bridgys could take a moment to care for one of their most important tools – their eyes. With expert guidance, practical tips, and early-care checks, our team walked away blinking a little clearer and smiling a little wider. Because when we see well, we do well – at work and in life.

Holi: Colours That Made Creativity Bloom

Holi came with its usual burst of energy – but this time, we swapped water balloons for paintbrushes! With a splash of colors, a swirl of imagination, and a room filled with laughter, Bridgys created festival-inspired art that mirrored the joy of the season. As part of building a safer, healthier workplace, we hosted a thoughtful awareness session under the Kerala Government’s Vimukthi campaign, led by Excise Officer Ms. Dhanya. The conversations were honest, eye-opening, and filled with motivation toward anti-addiction practices.
