It is true that Magento is undoubtedly the most fulfilling Omnichannel but it not so flexible as we(store owners) wants))) As for me I am using third party app Magento Store Manager for a list of things the native Magento does not do good. Eg. import/export, orders etc.

It has steeper learning curve and some people report it as a little complicated.
