After living in the US for ten years, Paul Zeebregts started his career as IT journalist in the Netherlands in 1998. Paul was a member of the editorial staff of trade magazines ComputerPartner (currently Channelworld, IDG Publications) and Computer Reseller News (CRN, VNU Media). He also contributed editorial and marketing content for many IT trade and business magazines, corporate publications, and events. In 2004, together with PR manager Karianne Hoekstra, Paul founded Zeekhoe Communicatie, an agency for public relations and marketing communication with a special focus on the Dutch IT industry. Paul has a clear understanding of IT and the business advantages it brings, and is able to translate complex technical matters to business values non-IT managers and decision makers can comprehend. This expertise is often sought by business leaders and event organizers. In 2010, together with partners, Paul will launch a new online communication platform that will be fully committed to “IT in practice”. This will offer IT and business managers all information needed to answer business challenges with IT solutions, today.
